great software
I'm using Xero as a business owner for years. All things considered, it's a great software but it have some annoying features. For example the reconcile matching feature is often inaccurate with partner names that contains accent.

Xero is excellent, but could be further improved...
We have proved Xero to be excellent in most respects, however there are a few improvements we would like to see, which if implemented would improve this to a 5 star review.1) Create a simple and quick way to raise delivery notes with the ability to enter delivery address independent of invoice address.2) Make it easier to raise and deal with Pro-Forma invoices properly3) When entering a new product, allow copying of another product's entry to speed up process & improve consistency4) add ...

I like using Xero
I like using Xero, very intuitive and easy to use. I find day to day work simple to process, it is perfect for a small business. For larger companies things like fx revaluation and tracking a little frustrating.

Once you master how to use Xero
Once you master how to use Xero, and it does take a little practice, it is easy to use and makes doing the accounts pretty simple.

Chat support missing
Good, but room for improvements. Support always feels far away - a 'chat' function would bring a 5th star.

Brilliant easy to use interface
Brilliant easy to use interface. I love being able to create business reports in an instant to be able to keep track of how my business is performing

I moved to Xero from Clearbooks a few…
I moved to Xero from Clearbooks a few years ago and I much prefer this system. Easy to use and good customer support.

Mostly a good product
Mostly a good product, but support pages could be better. Too often we find it quicker and easier to use Google to find the answers we need than the Xero support pages.
