Love Xero
I have been using Xero since 1.8.2017. I converted from Sage Line 50. I have used it in two businesses, one a retail outlet where we changed out Sage to Xero and integrated Xero and Vend EPOS, the other a Media creation company.I love Xero, it took me a while to get used to the different terminology, I had been using Sage for 10 years, but now it's easy. I would like to be able to customize the reports to my own design, but I can live with it.

Compared with our previous software
Compared with our previous software, Xero is streaks ahead in every aspect besides Reporting - these just aren't as customisable as they could be and it's difficult to compare year-to-date figures vs previous years for most available reports.

Reliable tool
Reliable tool, that is fairly straightforward to use. some inconsistencies between the desktop and mobile app, but I will still recommend this as a book keeping tool. Good for multiple business management also.

The software is easy to learn and…
The software is easy to learn and understand. It is flexible, very good for multi-currencies accounting and revaluation. Lots of reporting options, multi-currencies supplier account. The multi-company option is good to check and accounts at the various branch and subsidiary company level. A bank feed is another excellent feature, in addition to adding the suppliers' invoices, bank transfers, etc.

Xero has hugely changed the core of our business...
Using Xero has hugely changed the core of our business and has saved lots of admin time! It is very much one of the backbones of our business and we couldn't live without it now.

Really easy to use and helps me keep on…
Really easy to use and helps me keep on top of my accounts whilst also tracking cashflow in a very user friendly way. I don't know how I lived without it!

Xero is a Great Tool
Xero is great - I am a freelancer and spending a lot of time on bookkeeping is not something I want to do, nor is working with lots of different systems. Xero handles all invoicing and integrates seamlessly with my business account. It also provides files for the end of the year. I've now also added my accountant to the system and hope to get even more value from it over the next 12 months.
