Waste of time
Customer service is awful. Been spending countless hours for 6 months to have my banking connection work. Will look for another solution

Xero saves money and time
Xero is a helpful tool for self employed because it has been defined to facilitate all financial services. With a little training you can save money and time. For example, I don’t need to send invoice reminders that is generated automatically and send to customers

Customer support is terrible compared…
Customer support is terrible compared to Quickbooks. for every question you have to wait hours for a response and then hours for each reply.Just not good enough.

Xero is easy to use and has saved me so…
Xero is easy to use and has saved me so much time as a solopreneur. There are lots of easy to follow guides on the website to learn how to do accounting tasks and support has been great. I would highly recommend it.

Very useful for a new business owner!
I'm a first time user, with no accounting experience. Xero has been great in helping me handle my expenses, create invoices and quotes, and putting my account into a format my accountant can understand, and access remotely. Although I probably only use 10% of what it's capable of, I find it very useful, and it helps me present a professional image. The only thing I struggle with is reports, but I think its my lack of accounting experience, rather than Xero, that lets me down!
