Flawed data schema
Xero does not support multiple customers having the same name so is no good if you have a lot of customers. Apart from that, it's a great product very easy to use.

As someone that is new to dealing with…
As someone that is new to dealing with small company financials, I've found Xero to be very easy to use and navigate. The online help has been quick and efficient and I've learned quite a lot more about the day-to-day financials too. I would definitely recommend Xero to other users.

I think the service is pretty good and user-friendly, but I'm unhappy with the lack of support and flexibility when earnings dropped significantly during the pandemic...

Easy to use
Xero fulfils our accounting needs and is extremely user friendly for both accountants and directors, with added ease of being able to use anywhere, especially at the moment with working from home.
