I wish I could give this xero stars
Fatmata was extremely helpful and patient with me. The only reason I'm starring this as a 4 is that it took two weeks to get an appointment with someone knowledgeable and helpful.Update next day: Once I paid for my "early" description, the "projects" feature Fatmata's tech support was based on disappeared. I find myself using a completely different software product now that I'm no longer in the free trial.Classic bait and switch. I wish I could give this software xero stars.

Can't contact the comany for support
Can't contact the comany for support. tried to live chat and had no response. ive been pqying the subscription for 3 months and havent been able to resolve bank feed problem.

The software is good. Price...
The software is good.Shame this is one of those multi-billion companies that considers a price increase amidst pandemic a necessity. As if situation for many small businesses is not bad enough already.It was th most expensive small business accounting software option already.I used it for for one month before the price went up. I don't want to think what to expect in a few month's time..
