Really useless support
Really useless support. Had to transfer a trial account to a new email ID. Instructions weren't clear about the transferring process. Paid a subscription while making an account with the new ID and turns out I can't transfer data from the trial account and have to either do it from scratch or see if I can refund the previous subscription.

Very good customer supports
Harry was patient and willing to listen to my problems, he gave a clearly explanations and told me where to go to get more payroll reports. I might have repeatedly asked the same questions but he kept answering my question with smile - I could hear it in his tone of voice. Very good customer supports

Xero Support were really great today
Xero Support were really great today. We had a serious issue with our invoicing template and they resolved in a time that was quicker than the estimate, they must have done it before!Very pleased
