It's not good to show you are so good when you are not
Someone from Xero team replay my review saying that is not good and they shocked why I'm reaching out here and like they will blame why I'm writing bad review!!!, however they ask for my contact details to sort out the problem 4 days ago, and so far I head nothing unfortunately .

Xero support are amazing
Xero support are amazing, they have talked me through moving to xero and answered any queries really quickly. They have spoken to me over the phone, which other providers have not done. I can't praise them enough for their service. Other providers support could certainly learn from Xero.

Pensions auto enrollment problem
This is the first time I have used Xero support and have been a user for Xero for more than three years. I found that Abby the support member assigned to me was willing and able to help with me. The solution required technical support and was, ultimately, resolved speedily.

Response times- do Xero want the sale?
I am looking to potentially purchase Xero for 3 Companies.I asked some questions to the sales team and had an automated response. A week later having sent one reminder, I still haven't heard anything.Today I have tried searching for a Customer Services contact but can only find the sales contact (I have tried them twice) or support for the product.This hardly gives a good impression if you are looking to spend money with Xero.
