We had a very convoluted issue that needed resolving regarding reconciliation of bulk payments, and how to allocate a payment from one that went to a wrong invoice.Dana was very knowledgable and persistent, and in the end, it all worked out.

Query resolved quickly and professionally
I had a query about the new layout, and Shauna responded and resolved it quickly and professionally. I would recommend Xero to anyone running accounts for their own company or any bookkeeper working for SMEs/family offices.

Happy new customer.
Just moved from using Xero at arm's length through my accountant to having my own direct account. Very pleased with my sales guy Shaq, and how he handled my account. Enthusiastic and informative. Set up of my bank accounts was transparent, and I was ready to go on the same day.

Great outcome but I found it difficult…
Great outcome but I found it difficult to get to the right place to get the solution required. I was sent the same information twice when I needed to really have some dialogue. I realise that the company would like everything via the portal but a phone number or email address I could send the problem to would have been more comforting.

Best support in their industry
This is not my first time contacting Xero support, but every time I do, the service I receive is top notch. Their staff are usually very friendly, as well as being knowledgeable about the system and good at explaining how to resolve the problems I report. The support team is one of the reasons I recommend Xero as a product.

Xero Accounting software is the best…
Xero Accounting software is the best system I have ever used. I have been a book keeper for over 20 years and although it appears daunting at first its the best simple easy to use platform on the market. I have used many over the years but this is the only one I use now, and recommend to all my client.It offers real time information, super reporting and HMRC approved.. Great Customer Service
I had a query and it was efficiently and effectively answered by a human who knew what they were doing and who went above and beyond to get the relevant information I needed. This was the first time I had used Xero's support function to get in touch with a human and it worked very well.
