Email Problems
The continued follow-up by Connor and others was great. It was a few days before I could finally get the right answer and resolve the problem. I believe this may have been due to my case being slightly out of the ordinary but eventually we got there.

Amazing Xero
Xero is an amazing product with an amazing support staff - Wah Men really helped me today with my queries and I finally succeeded in what I was attempting to do with her guidance!

Utter junk
Utter junk. They do a few things well but leave a lot to be desired and their customer service is soooo bad, I can't even think of an appropriate word.

Total crap
Total crap. Wont refresh bank feeds. No one ever replies to help messages Accounts are now 2 weeks late. And yes I'm being charged for it. Il be sending over the bill and loss of earning straight to you.. also I want a refund for the full year as your crap is useless

I started a trial and was contacted via telephone from Xero mid way through. I then received an email with a promo code on the 19th Feb 2021 which stated nothing about an expiry. I then received an email Friday 26th (the last business working day of the month) at 09:12 with an 'end of month expiry' on the promo code to sign up for 50% off for 2 months (which I didn't read until after that as I am in a labour intensive business and work mobile). Very Disappointed
I had heard really good things about Xero, so when setting up a bookkeeping practise I invested a lot of time in their learning programme. My initial contact was great, Hellen Brittijn is extremely helpful and she responds immediately everytime I contact her. However I now have two issues that are not her responsibility. 1. My account has been set up by Xero incorrectly meaning I can not raise invoices, so I need help resolving this. I have spoken to my Account Manager but nothing has been ...

My client had a problem with Xero connecting to Barclays bank.Reached out to Xero via Xero Central. I got response very quickly from Peter and Yusra. They helped my client to get back her connection after doing TeamViewer session. Many thanks to Peter and Yusra.
