Log on issue
Despite only having an online Helpdesk, I had a reasonably prompt response from Xero’s help desk. My log on issue was quickly resolved. I was very happy with the assistance I received!

"Super simple accounting solution for small business owners"
What do you like best about Xero? Xero is a simple to use, nondaunting accounting platform. I'm basing my review from the view of a small business owner, it works equally well for large corporations, I'm sure, but for the purpose of this review, let's keep it small. Great Service
I had been struggling to move a subscription to another email address and had tried several times. I was starting to become concerned and on one of my replies requested a telephone call and or help to do this transfer. I spoke to Andrew who was so helpful and really explained the process to me and managed to do what I wanted. Brilliant service
