Shray was very helpful
Shray was very patient, knowledgable and helpful. I made some critical points about wanting to have the option of MFA, rather than it being imposed upon me (after all, I can opt for you to remember my password!) and he was validating and sympathetic.

We had payroll/pension issue
We had payroll/pension issue, after explaining the issue on xero support it was assigned to Mariyah. Mariyah arranged for a phone call the issue was sorted immediately. This was a culmination of help from my Account Manager Hannah and Mariyah Everybody is happy Thank you Mariyah

Great support and excellent service.
Positive experience and excellent service from my support member Kishan. He was very helpful, guiding me and resolved my problem in great time. I'm very happy with Xero and it's user friendly system. Customer service is always brilliant whenever I have needed it.

I could not get to grips with the MFA…
I could not get to grips with the MFA it wasn't working, however with help from the team all good now. Many thanks

I was having difficulties setting up…
I was having difficulties setting up the extra layer of security. I sent an email in to the team and Yumma rang up a short time afterwards and talked me through the process, using Team Viewer to see what the issues were.

Shray saved the day for me as i couldnt get into my Xero account. He was polite professional and knew exactly what to do. He sorted out my problem within minutes. I am very grateful and would like to say a big thank you. Shray you saved my day... Not all heroes wear capes x
