"My Experience with using Xero"
What do you like best about Xero? I believe one of the best features of Xero is its auto-match at the bank reconciliation stage. It reduces the need to go looking through invoices as Xero itself provides suggestions for possible matches.

Log In and MFA issues
I had been struggling to log in after losing my phone and forgetting the Verification questions appropriate answers. I spoke to James who took me through a brief but thorough Verification process. Once complete he help me reset my account and set-up a new MFA. Thanks to James and the team at Xero.

I have been using Xero for a number of…
I have been using Xero for a number of years on behalf of clients. It is amazing! I really like the integration with Dext, another favourite app. The two apps reduce time spent on data integration and the number of errors made using conventional data input methods. Xerois a very robust, adaptable accounting package that is accessible to all users in all industries.

Xero's support team, a gem for users
I am a Xero user and main responsible for all the transaction recording happening on it. Xero has great online resources available for users. A week ago, I opened my first case with the Xero team. I was surprised from the start with the attentiveness, rate of response, resourcefulness and range of solutions provided by the Xero team. Transferring my subscription from my bookkeeper
I had a problem contacting my bookkeeper to transfer the subscription to myself. Initially I was concerned because I did not know if the support team would be able to help me. Xero support were great. They informed me of the process I needed to follow and what they could do to help providing step by step instructions. Could not have been easier.
