Xero support is amazing .
Xero support is amazing . My support specialist Rebecca provided clear and precise information relating to the migration of a new bank feed, issue was resolved with a telephone call (of which was set up at a time that was convenient to me) As I am new to Xero , I have found their team and support efficient and professional. You are never alone with Xero .

Great support received
I have been using Xero to maintain basic records for a couple of years now and recently took on our company's payroll through Xero. I was anxious about doing this and of course ran into a few problems in the beginning whilst trying to get all our employees processed correctly. Great support from Javid at Xero today, got stuck with an issue on balancing figures, Javid called me and all now resolve. Xero is a great system for small businesses tacking VAT for the first time.

Xero Client Service Support - Excellent !!!
The assistance received from Rebecca at Xero in re-connecting the bank feeds for my Client was excellent. I have consistently found that the support from Xero is prompt and efficient and the staff are a pleasure to deal with !!!
