Complicated query about flat rate vat returns via MTD
I had a complicated query about submitting a flat rate vat return under MTD. I had followed the help instructions but came up against a hurdle part way through and wasn't sure how to resolve it. My support specialist was really helpful. He called me and talked me through the process and helped me sort the problem. So job done! Thanks Xero.

What do you like best about Xero? Xero is cheaper than most other online accounting solutions. The UI is clean and easy to use. Easy to integrate with GoCardless and other billing providers.

What do you like best about Xero? Xero has been pushing how accountants and small business owners keep the books and grow their businesses for the past 10-15 years. They are an OPEN platform designed to be the hub of the financial wheel and integrate with all of the other financial tools you may need to use.

I just met with Matthew for my initial…
I just met with Matthew for my initial onboarding and he was fantastic. Walked me through important steps for setup, for maintaining my books, how to find helpful articles, and if needed, how to get support. It was very helpful when he walked me through how Xero reconciles. Matthew was great and I'm glad I am working with him and Xero.
