Excellent tool for a small business
I reluctantly moved to Xero to meet the requirements of HMRC's Making Tax Digital for VAT but it's been fantastic even for my micro business. I can now quickly raise estimates and purchase orders which can easily be turned into sales and purchase invoices, even copied and adapted for future sales and purchases which is a massive time-saver, plus it's much easier to see where costs have been committed but not yet billed. Have been using Xero for several years and am very happy with both the programme, the knowledgebase and the support when needed. Yesterday I contacted support with a payroll query and the automated reply said response in 1 hour then 2 hours for a follow up question but the whole thing was resolved within half an hour as the response time was VERY quick. The responses were knowledgeable, helpful but also friendly and accepted the need for some system development to make using this particular ...
