Excel csv files not uploading to Xero as usual
After about 4 years of using Xero, we suddenly weren't able to upload csv files with bank transactions into Xero, even though from our end didn't change anything. Except, maybe a new version of Excel? It took us a while to find out where the problem was, via direct phone call and sharing screen, but we were able to allocate the problem. What do you like best about Xero? I've used Xero for the past 5 years and the piece that keeps me as a customer is their exceptional API and other 3rd party integration tools. If I can't do it in Xero, there is a straightforward tool that helps me accomplish the task at hand.
