I had an excellent service from Xero customer service. Dillon was very fast and fantastic on helping me with my account. He was so quick to call me and explain what I needed to do. Great tech support
Had a tricky login issue with Xero but tech support kept at it and solved my issue in the end. It,s not the first time I have had to reach out to them and while they can take a bit of time to respond they are generally very good once they pick up your case and have resolved all my issues when they popped up. To be honest I have had less than 10 issues in 7 years of using Xero.
