Online query raised and resolved within 1.5 hours - great service
I raised a query online and was advised there was a 2 hour wait for a response. They actually responded within an hour. My query was resolved within 20 mins. Very good service. I gave the advisor permission to log onto our organisation which enabled them to look at the problem without having to give a lengthy explanation.
