Excellent support provided, originally reached out via the support messaging, and on this occasion i received a phone call response, although I have previously received replies via the messaging services with links to help pages, all of which have provided the help required. This time with the phone call the problem was rectified and further assistance provided on another matter too, all very helpful and patient while await result.

Your customer service rep Vilma was spot on. She called me understood the issues and concerns that I had with moving back to Xero. All the articles sent by her were spot on and although we are not there yet with all the testing I have done till now looks like it will be a smooth sail when we will actually do the transfer which is at the end of this month. She is a great asset to your team.

We had a problem with one of the Banking Feed
We had a problem with one of the banking links and Xero was quick to arrange a call and resolved the issue on hand promptly. We had Xero for a number of years and the support has always been exceptional.

I had to contact Xero support recently…
I had to contact Xero support recently because one of the bank feeds stopped and I couldn't remedy the problem. They responded within a few hours with detailed step-by-step instructions. I did what they said - problem solved. But they checked again 24 hours later, to ensure all was well. Fantastic service. Easily worth 5 stars.
