Solved my Problems
If you are like me, you find that written guides are not always as specific as they could be. Although Xero are not as bad as many I come across they are excellent with the knowledgeable and patient support teams they have. Recently I have experienced a few issues with a new client's payroll. The experts here were extremely helpful. I could not have wished for better service. Thanks Xero

Xero support is always great. Very helpful staff and always send resourceful links with their comments. Got a call today with someone at Xero with a complex issue. They solved this straight away.

Always Prompt Response
I always receive a prompt response when asking questions of the Xero Team and they are always able to give me ideas of where to find any information I need. They are always happy to listen, even when I want to do something that is different from the standard.
