Xero is very easy to use with easy to understand videos. The customer support is first class. I would recommend Xero to Accountants, Bookkeepers and Small Business Owners.

After a trial period.
After a trial period, we decided to subscribe to Xero. We had "teething problems" to start with, but following an email to Rob, it was quickly followed by a phone call from him and subsequent phone calls from Joe, and between them it was sorted. They were extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Quick response to my question giving 2 options to fix my mistake. I was more than satisfied that Xero could help me and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great customer service
I filled out the form to have a call back. Jess called me within the window I had asked for and she was able to see my screen using Teamviwer. Jess was very helpful and talked me through the problem I was having to solve it and I learnt something new which I will use again in the future. Thank you
