Was struggling to set up some of the payroll details, so started a case. Got a fairly prompt response and when we were doing a lot of toing and froing to sort the issue out, Xero called me to resolve the matter.

Good job Xero team
I like the Xero product, having used it for both a small business and an NGO that I run. It is flexible and makes day to day accounting, reporting, expenses and payroll very easy. I haven't needed technical support very often, but the support I received yesterday was both prompt and effective.

Excellent Customer Service
I have recently had cause to contact Xero customer services due to an error made by myself. They very quickly rectified the error and dealt with the financial transaction in a very timely manner. Really impressed by their response. I find Xero easy to use and intuitive. I am not an accountant just a small business start up.
