Great software, great Customer Service
I find Xero a very intuitive program to use, with many time saving add-ons available. When necessasry to contact customer services, whilst all via web they are very help and quick to respond (within hours). I highly recommend this software.

Fantastic Customer Service.
I received a phone call from an Xero advisor when I was having difficulties with reconciling documents from HubDoc. The advisor was so helpful, she really took her time to explain things and I didn't feel rushed at all. She asked at the end if I needed anything else explaining - she also emailed me step by step of our discussion as I wasn't able to take notes during our phone call. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. The lady's name was Zahra.

Customer support was very responsive
Customer support was very responsive, and supportive throughout. Ive used other platforms and Xero to date has been easier and more responsive.

Fantastic Customer Service.
