Great program and excellent support.
Had a problem but their support staff were great in helping us getting it corrected. The everyday use has been easy to use and it's been so simple keeping on top of of our bookkeeping with this system. I really rate this programme and its support.

Help Needed
The Gentleman I spoke to was brilliant, I have spent the whole day trying to get on to Xero, thank goodness he phoned and had the patients to talk me through how to get on another way.

Excellent but with a few minor issues
This is an excellent product and probably the best accounting software I have used in all my 30+ years of working in finance, I have used a lot of them over that period. Handles currencies brilliantly well. The main issue I have is with the rather flaky bank feeds ever since the new open banking regulations hit. We lost feeds that have not been restored and the feeds we do still have are often failing. Whilst we can fall back to manual importing it is more messy and time consuming. If only ...

BRILLIANT SOFTWARE AND BRILLIANT SUPPORT…
The software is brilliant but so is the support. We recently had a failed Payroll Submission with HMRC. The HMRC reason for rejection was incredibly cryptic. We set up a case in XERO support. Within 4 hours they had interpreted it and directed us to the exact problem which we fixed. And all included in the price- unlike other suppliers. Simply superb
