One thing I love about Xero is the ability to match accounting packages to my clients needs
One thing I love about Xero is the number of different accounts. Rather than being forced to have a package which is under-used, I can match the package to my client's business and needs. And if circumstances change, Xero changes the package. Today the team changed 4 client's packages within 15 minutes. The Xero support teams are always polite, helpful and great to work with.

Great Service Xero!
A great service from Xero today. John was really helpful, friendly and most of all honest! Kadie - Our Account Manager has also been really supportive throughout. John explained that an issue we were experiencing was rare and not something his team had seen much before, he explained he needed to look at this with his colleagues, he called me back within half an hour and the issue was resolved! Thanks Xero!

Couldn't open my Xero account.
Couldn't open my Xero account. e mail sent from my accountants to explain the situation. Xero contacted me within hours, firstly by e mail and then by telephone. Adnan was superb and all issues resolved. Great service.
