Issues with Xero login and authentication app resolved
I had difficulty with the authentication app in order to access Xero, and the adviser was very helpful and responsive over email and when the issue could not be resolved this way, she called me and walked me through the process. Very happy with the support I have received on this occasion.

A Very helpful gentleman called me back…
A Very helpful gentleman called me back from Xero. Very knowledgeable & got me back up & on the system. I had tried everything so very relieved. He Called back within the hour, after sending an email, excellent customer service.

Fast and professional response
Recently held correspondence with the Xero Technician Mia, who answered my difficult query in a very professional manner, with a really easily understandable explanation and answer to my issues. The response time was under an hour as well.

One thing I love about Xero is the ability to match accounting packages to my clients needs
One thing I love about Xero is the number of different accounts. Rather than being forced to have a package which is under-used, I can match the package to my client's business and needs. And if circumstances change, Xero changes the package. Today the team changed 4 client's packages within 15 minutes. The Xero support teams are always polite, helpful and great to work with.
