XERO Customer support
XERO Customer support - I was really dubious about it as I had just started using XERO and had to fill in a query ( I prefer to speak direct) I had several messages back about my query on conversion balances and moving my suppliers into XERO within about 1 hour. As my query was not straightforward a lovely lady arranged to call me and talk me through my problem. Helpful on line help from Xero
Hassan was so kind and went to enormous trouble to help sort out my problem with duplicated transactions and other queries. He was so calm while doing so and did a brilliant job. I am extremely grateful, Thank you.

The online help is good and if can’t be sorted that way then they will call you to go through any issues. So far so good using Xero.

Prasad was very clear and informative
We had been having issues with our bank feeds for a very long time had a lovely conversation with a person in United Kingdom Name appeared as Prasad extremly polite and very clear in explaining what the situation was, was very Impressed with the simple instructions provided.
