Victoria was brilliant

Victoria was brilliant - very helpful, patient, listened to me and was proffesional but friendly in manner. I was exceptionally frustrated with the issues I was having with Xero, prior to dealing with Victoria I had no help at all from Xero and was completely ignored by Xero, i felt their customer care was abominable. Thanks to Victoria my issues were resolved, so I am grateful that she was able to do the job - maybe some of the other staff at Xero should take some lessons from her. Thanks ...
