Victoria was brilliant
Victoria was brilliant - very helpful, patient, listened to me and was proffesional but friendly in manner. I was exceptionally frustrated with the issues I was having with Xero, prior to dealing with Victoria I had no help at all from Xero and was completely ignored by Xero, i felt their customer care was abominable. Thanks to Victoria my issues were resolved, so I am grateful that she was able to do the job - maybe some of the other staff at Xero should take some lessons from her. Thanks ...

Prompt and professional services. Nothing is too much trouble. Issues are resolved very quickly and efficiently. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. :)
