Sensible and prompt support!
Stumble into an error when trying to download from Xero. Contacted support and they responded within about 90 minutes with suggestions to solve the problem, one of which worked, and also attached the download that I was seeking. Very impressed

Great customer service!
Vilma was a huge support. I had avoided getting in touch with xero's support team for a few days as I thought it would be a long process to access my account after I broke my device which stopped my authentication to access my account. Within just an hour or 2 of me emailing in, I was on the phone sharing my screen being walked through the entire process. Great customer service!
