I dealt with a lovely lady called Chiara, who was polite, friendly and so amazingly patient. I am not very technical and my machine was slow and she provided advice and tried everything to resolve the problem which I am glad to say she managed to do so. She really is an asset to your company.

I contacted Xero Support after having issues logging in.

I contacted Xero Support after having issues logging with the Authentication App. I was emailed a suggested solution within 5/10 minutes, but that didn't work. I let them know and I received a phone call within minutes and my issue was resolved during that call. Excellent!

Truly Impressed

Asked for help. Within 15 minutes had offer for a screen share session. Booked a slot 30 minutes later to suit me. They called at the appointed time and the issue was resolved in minutes. Their agent was great in teaching me.

I had a couple of issues gaining access…

I had a couple of issues gaining access to Xero (all caused by myself). When I raised a ticket, I honestly thought it would get lost in the abyss as like so many large companies. To my surprise, Adnan from Xero called within half hour of opening the ticket and talked me through step by step what I need to do to regain access. Thanks Adnan, you were very polite and helpful.
