Advice sorted my problem 1st time
I was having an issue with connecting my bank feed. After trying everything on the help guides and still not having any Joy I decided to ask the support team. They managed to solve my problem straight away and now my bank feed is connected properly.

Issues installing app …
I had issues installing an authorisation app on my laptop . Xero were very quick to jump on a call and go through the installation with me .John ( the man I spoke to ) was super helpful and courteous . Customer service is very important to me and I was very pleased with the level of service I received ..and in a timely manner .
