Re integration with Starling
I have a business bank account with Starling which is integrated with Xero.For some reason the bank feed had become disconnected in May,although I did not realise until going through the accounts yesterday. I contacted Xero and was helped by Precious to resolve the issue-this was difficult however as the Starling app "lost" the capacity to be added to Xero and vice versa. Very helpful
Once you work out how to call Xero they are very helpful. My particular guy was extremely patient and went through all the questions I had. He was very helpful and I felt very happy after our call together, so much nicer chatting to a human than emailing !
