Knowledgeable, Polite & Courteous
I received a quick response to my query and a support adviser contacted me advising me how to resolve the issue which in this case involved me sharing my screen with them. The issue I had was sorted out immediately which involved changing a Bank Rule I had set up to replace an existing Bank Rule to ensure a smooth bank reconciliation. The Support Adviser was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous and soon solved the problem I had.

Problems with MAF for Xero
I was having problems with signing up for MAF on Xero and spoke to Nathan at Xero and he was just perfect. He talked me through it and we had a bit of a laugh. Great service, very helpful and now back on line. Thank you!
