Excellent Customer Support
The customer advisor I was given was excellent. Contacting a real person via email was so helpful, especially given my frustration when waiting on hold with HMRC for hours. Not only did they respond to my enquiries, they also arranged a phone call when I was feeling confused about the problem and helped me to clarify the actions needed to solve my problem. I rarely write reviews like this, but the tailored help given to me by the Xero advisor was such a relief.

The gentlemen was very friendly…
The gentlemen was very friendly helpful, patient and talked through every step clearly so I could regain access to my account and help me close another account I opened. I was very impressed I was contacted on a Saturday within a couple of hours of me sending an email needing support.
