Excellent service received

I spoke to Jordan today who not only resolved the issue I had and very patiently waited until I did everything I needed to in order to ensure it was done correctly, but also took the time to explain alternatives and that I understood those before deciding how to proceed. That was after following up and offering a time to call when I didn't respond straight away to the response he'd sent. All round excellent service and I was very satisfied with the outcome.

The team at Xero are excellent!

The team at Xero are excellent, helpful, knowledgeable and really helped me sort some quite messy issues with Xero due to another user creating claims and reconciles incorrectly.

Responsive Support

Xero support articles are comprehensive and usually provide the answer when software queries arise. On the occasions where I have needed further support, my Xero Central cases raised have been responded to swiftly and effectively.

Customer service were outstanding

Customer service were outstanding! I’m not fantastic with online things really but the Xero customer support are brilliant! Very quick to respond, very simple, clear and easy to follow guidance which resolved all the issues ( which were all due to me being a cave man ) Xero is far better than many other similar platforms I could name but I’m sure you know who I mean 👍

Revolut not updating on Xero

Unable to update transactions on our Revolut Account Advised to go to admin on Revolut and re-join the Xero option After 3/4 hours system restored to normal
