I moved a client's books from Kashflow to Xero and needed to check a few things. The support team so helpful when I needed them and resolved my question quickly.

Xero Support - Fixed Asset CSV Import / Old assets
Xero Support Team (Kierron, Vince and Vilma), Ref: CX0012758146 Thanks for your timely and professional support on Fixed Asset Register and import issues that I was facing. I have managed to upload and run the depreciation of old and new assets. Now we will have one less schedule to handle outside the Xero system. Must say truly like Xero's Fixed Asset Register Module and depreciation calculations. One suggestion though - In the Accounts Transactions there is no SOURCE given for the ...

What do you like best about Xero? I love how Xero is accessible wherever you are as long there is Internet or data. It is cloud-based, so there is no need to download or install any program except Xero. It is also user-friendly as it can be available in Windows and Mac. I also like their different features like payroll management, invoicing, and also automatic creation of reports.
