Pension Filing submission
Having recently moved payroll onto Xero after very successful integration of Accounting package I incurred problems with Pension filing submission. Wrote brief explanation of issue and had response within 15 mins which resolved my issue straight away.

I had a problem editing a transaction
I had a problem editing a transaction. I informed the Xero team about what the issue was, and far quicker than what I expected they responded with an update. Not only did they inform me that they were aware of this issue but also gave me a very simple workaround, job well done. Brilliant service.

Payroll/Pension auto re-enrolment
The problem I encountered was to do with pension auto re-enrolment. Although it was a few days before the issue was resolved Harry the gentleman dealing with my problem was very helpful. The only negative comment I have is the amount of time it took from reporting the problem to having the issue resolved, especially when it involved payroll which has a time schedule.
