MFA…
I was so stressed out with the MFA screen this morning I was not expecting this to appear. Joe from your helpdesk rang me straight away and was absolutely brilliant. He could not have done anymore to help me. He talked me through the whole process as to how to add the security questions instead of an app. He then stayed on the phone and showed me how to login using the security questions and gave me time to write it all down. He was fabulous and a credit to your organisation

not an easy one to sort out
The problem I was having proved to be a rather intractable one, but the guys were really helpful, kept trying, and eventually sorted it out.
