I sent a message to Xero because I needed help with an invoice branding issue
I sent a message to Xero because I couldn't resolve an issue I had with invoice branding. Sami from Xero responded almost immediately and set up a phone call and shared my desktop to go through my issue. Within 10 minutes Sami had shown me what I needed to do and the problem was resolved. The whole process from my initial message to less than an hour. The service from Sami was brilliant from start to finish.
