Bank Feed Mismatch

I had a Bank mismatch i.e Bank Feed did not match bank transaction after speaking to my Account Manager I emailed support, within 2 hours they messaged me back with the resolution, not only this but 2 links to Delete a Bank transaction then to import the correction from the Bank, even a screenshot of how to do the deletion on Xero. It was brilliant and all sorted, such excellent support from Xero, just cannot fault them

Charity discount

The two XERO advisers who responded to the issue were great. They responded quickly and helpfully, and the 5 star rating is for them. The short bio given to each adviser is a nice touch. I would say though that the company could perhaps make sure that charities know about and receive the charity discount or at least backdate the discount when discovered.

I was having an issue with 2FA and they called me back after sensing my frustration (technology never works when you want it to). I cant fault them. The issue was resolved quickly and easily. They were super friendly and lovely.

Good customer service

The staff are knowledgable, and the responses are comprehensive. The response time to queries is reasonably quick, an indicative wait time is given which is helpful.

Knowledgeable

Knowledgeable and made me feel confident in their service. Paul was great and resolved the problem I had with MTD. He also helped to resolve the outstanding query with VAT returns. It really helped that he accessed my screen remotely and talked me through what he needed to do.
