Excellent support
Needed some technical support from Xero today. Sent a request via the website, with minutes was given a case number and then John from Xero Supports rang to talk me through how to fix my issue. All sorted within 20 mins of me logging my issue. Excellent response and thank you John for being clear and concise on what I needed to do to get me back into the system.

Like all customer services these days
Like all help services these days, it is frustrating to not be able to deal with problems over the telephone. It is always so hard to put a problem in writing. However Xero do it as well as can be expected and are always prompt in reply.
