Picked up the phone - Sorted
I had an issue that was holding me back on getting a VAT Return done on time. We had a couple of emails back and forth and then Amanda took over at their end and fixed up a call and screen share session with me. Within a few mins the issue was fixed. Many more companies should take this on board and start to talk to their customers instead of hiding behind screens. Fantastic Amanda :-)
