Support from Xero
I lost restricted access to Xero and tried reload the required app. without success. So I decided to contact Xero sending an email to their support team. Initially they responded online but thankfully for me they quickly established contact by phone. So what I'd struggled with for several days was quickly resolved. Thank you so team team very impressed with your expertise and professionalism. Lesson to be learnt, if you have a problem with Xero get in touch with their support team.
