A difficult situation solved
I had a complex issue involving losing touch with our subscriber and email issues. Chelsea could not have been more helpful and advised me patiently and clearly what steps were required to solve this. It took a little while because of the steps required and a time difference as I was working with a specialist team but this was fully acceptable in the circumstances and I was kept fully informed at every step. Excellent service.

Once I'd found a way to contact Xero, Joe was brilliant, dealing with the issue quickly and professionally. Ant not a hint of eye-rolling at my error. 😉Really surprising as my recent experiences with a well-known mobile/broadband company and a well-known mobile company had me tearing my hair our.
