Lewis was very helpful
Lewis was very helpful, there is still a small issue as the name Robert Logan needs to be removed as it is still showing as the main user other than that I got all the help I needed and it was much better to speak to someone over the phone rather than always typing and it taking forever

Excellent support - I got in touch with support about a logging in issue and was phoned less than 25 minutes later by Xero who fixed the problem professionally, courteously, quickly and efficiently. Thank you J

Didn’t get the answer I wanted but was…
Didn’t get the answer I wanted but was explained why and a work around. The customer service was superb especially after my bad experiences with Quickbooks which caused me to change software after 23 years
