Technically excellent with great customer service
The MTD service is easy to use and even when it temporarily went down, XERO were on to it very quickly with their customer service immediate in their response to me.

Great customer care
As our company is new to XERO its great that you have the support there , Great customer care from Lily ,it’s good that I can actually speak to someone ,she talked me through what I needed to do on my phone .
