User pension error resolved within two hours!
Raised a pension issue with Xero (my error not Xero's), had a call back from Harry within an hour. Harry explained the issue to me and stayed with me on the phone, talking me through the entire process to resolution. Harry knew the system inside out and was very friendly and professional. As an amateur payroll admin, I was very relieved to have this issue resolved and can't speak highly enough of the outstanding service Xero and ultimately Harry, provided - a huge thanks!

Great customer service via support tickets
The online help articles are generally very useful, but when I have had to raise a support ticket response times are fast and my issues were resolved very quickly. Overall impressed with the customer service standard.

Had time for some inexperienced individual
He responded to me since I was stuck on submitting my VAT return to HMRC platforms using Xero. And I was asked to look at various options but still it didn't work. I had asked if someone would help me using Teamwier n he did just that. Problem was fixed by itself but knowing someone was there to help was really appreciated. Thanks again
