Efficient Support that actually answers the question!
So many support functions aren't really helpful because they respond like a tech person not a user, or worse, they don't really understand what you're asking for. Xero support gave me a concise response with a link to the help I needed. Made my job super easy. Thank you!

Payroll is awful, but the lady that helped me was awesome
The lady that dealt with my issue on the payroll. The payroll side of Xero is awful, the book keeping is the best. I do hope one day they put some time and effort into the payroll side of things, until then I shall continue to suggest other payroll software to my clients. Even though Xero is free...
