Opened up a case & received a phone call 5 minutes later, the young lady was very pleasant & helpful & resolved my issue in 5 minutes & explained to me how to resolve it. Top job thank you.

What do you like best about Xero? Ease of access, it can easily and most affordable accounting software available in the market. All the educational videos easily available on Youtube and Xero's portal

I was requesting support from Xero
I was requesting support from Xero - and I was requesting for the incorrect information and without requiring to correct myself, Xero support picked up on what I was actually wanting. They provided me the link as well as the PDF to maintain of detailed explanations on how to perform the solution.

Prompt and helpful support service
Prompt support service and very helpful. Sometimes they need to overview your system and if there is still an issue then they will arrange a convenient date/time to call to help resolve the issue.....brilliant!

3 days and cancelled?
I downloaded xero on Monday and cancelled 4 days later. I would rather talk to a human than atxt conversation. I'm not a techy, nor technophobic. However, after taking my time downloading xero, hub doc and xero verify carefully, I was happy until I tried to change the invoice template. The instructions provided were clear, but the settings I was prompted to click on did not exist on the app. Also qr scan, a notification sent to my phone did not work.
