With current legislation around identity Xero have a robust procedure around a change of subscriber. Their support team helped me through the process despite the original subscriber making themselves difficult to contact

I received a call back in under 10 minutes, and the support person was able to help with my problem straightaway. Very happy with response.

Received the call in the time slot I booked. Laurence, the advisor, was helpful and patient with me when navigating through the menus. Pleased that problem was rectified from his guidance, couldn't have done it alone.
